FEES: To play in either or both the AM RULES KOM event and SINGLES GC PLATE the cost would be $25 and is intended to help offset court rental and sanction fees. Players that play in the Shield on Saturday would be free of charge for both the KOM and GC Plate.

MEALS: We are low-budget on this event, so there are no meals provided throughout the weekend. Depending on my setup duties I will likely bring light breakfast snacks on Saturday and Sunday. I have built in a break for players to have lunch on Saturday or Sunday, but that will be own your lunches.

SINGLES GOLF CROQUET PLATE: As opposed to the third place test, we will run alongside the Central Quad championship on Sunday a singles GC plate that is be open to all players from losing teams on Saturday, alternates and anyone interested. We could handle up to 14 players and still finish by 1:00 p.m. If we go over 14 players, we may want to pop in some early games in the afternoon on Saturday. • Is anyone bringing shade?
We don't have the budget to rent the big or even a small tent. I am bringing at least two pop-ups that we'll keep in the central location. Unfortunately, the Oklahoma wind destroys pop ups in a flash, so if wind does come up, we will have to pull those down.

Do we have places to sit?
Matt Smith said that Joe Steiner was planning to bring around 10 chairs. We have the car space so I will be bringing extra camping chairs. I recommend if you do have the space to bring a camping chair and a spare if possible.
  • Sure, I'll play in the plate on Sunday if Team Kansas doesn't advance.
